Swim
Swim is expected to be in very safe conditions in calm to moderate waters with a potential small swell. Most likely will be a wet suit swim. Distance is 750m. The Xticer swim is 400m.
Mountain Bike
The heart of the ride is two laps of the wallaby infested Single Hill. The course is safe, fun but technical with numerous tight switch backs. The views from the top are spectacular. Approx distance is 15 km.
The Xticer ride is three laps of a shorter version of the Xtri course, giving riders a taste of mountain bike racing. Distance of the Xticer ride is 10km.
Run
The run is a scenic and thrilling run which incorporates the local coastal track as well as daring cliff hugging trails, challenging ascents and fast descents. This is a true iconic cross country course an dis approx. 6.5 km in distance. The Xtri run is the same course as for the Trail Run.
The Xticer run is a shorter version at 4 km.
